Specific Responsibilities
  1. Advertising, marketing, and building the PNJ brand
  • Organize and implement marketing activities, including market research, regional marketing, advertising and PR campaigns according to the brand guidelines and company's plan.
  • Build, coordinate, and execute sales programs at stores and branches.
  • Participate in and support customer appreciation programs and initiatives implemented by the company.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans suitable for the market to promote the brand and enhance the development of brands and provincial markets under the direction of the Branch Director.
  • Update and analyze information, trends, styles, and prices of products from competitors. Advise the Branch Director and Sales Department on developing product lines suitable for the market.
  • Organize surveys and market research on customers, competitors to develop marketing plans in the area as well as advise the Branch Director and other departments on vacant market segments to seize business opportunities.
  • Report and analyze the effectiveness of the company's ongoing programs at the Branch, providing a basis for setting operational targets for departments and the company.
  • Manage the image and brand of the system in the market to increase brand recognition.
  • Evaluate the quality of contractors and related partners responsible for the work.
  • Regular or ad-hoc reporting.
  • Enhance the brand and market share of PNJ in the Mekong Delta region.
  1. Communication – PR
  • Select appropriate channels/media to implement the company and branch's communication plans.
  • Provide necessary information to advertising newspapers and the company's website according to the assignments of the Branch Director and Brand, and the company's communications department.
  • Develop internal communication plans for the branch when requested. Implement and execute the internal communication plans according to the company's directions.
  • Evaluate the quality of contractors and relevant partners responsible for the job.
  1. Implement CSR activities
  • Proactively connect and develop relationships with community groups.
  • Organize collaborative volunteer activities to accompany CSR programs at the branch.
  • Coordinate with the media union for activities related to providing shelter at the branch.
  1. Organize events
  • Organize events according to the company and branch's plans.
  • Collaborate with the Labor Union and branch union to develop programs and plans for in-house programs for branch staff.
  • Evaluate the quality of contractors and related partners responsible for the work.
  • Provide regular or ad-hoc reports.
  1. Training and enhancing the professional level of department personnel.
  • Provide training and propose training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the staff.
  • Guide new staff members on the brand knowledge system according to the branch's human resources department plan.
  1. Manage and supervise the work of personnel in the department.
  • Plan the personnel, assign tasks in the department according to job requirements.
  • Propose staffing levels for the department.
  • Provide guidance on job orientation for each item in the department.
  • Control, motivate, and encourage employees to complete tasks on time.
  • Monitor the department's work according to the branch's solution goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations based on the established performance scale for each position in the department. Recommend rewards or disciplinary actions to the Branch Director.
  • Report regularly or on an ad hoc basis. Ensure accurate and timely implementation of marketing activities; personnel with a sense of responsibility and self-awareness, proactive in their work.
