Working location: Tokyo, Japan

Requirements

Education & Experience:
- At least 5 years experience of Technical Customer - facing experience (Pre-Sales, Consultant, Customer Success, Post-Sales, Customer Support,etc);
- Experience in Enterprise Mobile application delivery;
- Preferred experience in insurance or banking or finance services.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent skill in writing documentation such as customer manuals, presentations, and technical documentation in the Japanese language;
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of customer pain and need;
- Technical product know-how of Enterprise grade application (CRM, SFA skills);
- Familiarity with Solution engineering techniques, projects planning & management;
- Writing and Verbal Business English Skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate to customers daily or weekly by phone, remote meeting, visit customers, etc.
Understand the customer needs and give necessary help;
Do client-facing technical post sales activities;
Manage regularly contact with customer and maintain a good relationship with them;
Transfer industry, technical and product knowledge to customers;
Assist the other team like customer success and account managers;
Map good experience and lead more usage of products and services;
Manage the acceleration of Customer Adoption through the use of implementation and delivery process;
Balance customer satisfaction and user delight in a timely manner;
Make sure customers will continue to use the product and services.
