2. Job description

Manage and ensure key operational departments, including fruit packhouse & fruit processing, logistics and maintenance, are running smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effective.
Be c a safe working culture, managing the standards, driving the safety culture and best practices, including behavioral aspects of health & safety, operations, and continuous improvement.
Manage and control supply chain related activities: inbound logistics, packhouse operations & outbound logistics.
Ensure, in a close cooperation with the sourcing and sales departments, that daily and weekly orders, monthly and annual plans for every SKUs are fulfilled to specification and cost.
Be responsible for all relevant quality and product safety management systems (BRC Food) and regulations always being met.
Ensure ongoing development and review of key performance indicators with focus on continuous improvements in site operational targets.
Develop an organization which can manage multiple packhouses and distribution centers nationwide.

3. Job requirements

Education and Qualifications:
- MSc degree in food processing or food quality
Experience:
- At least 10 years’ work experience within the food processing sector, preferably working as an operations manager or factory manager within the fruit processing industry.
- At least 3 years’ experience in leading large, diverse teams across multiple departments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with BRC Food, IFS Food or FSSC 22000
- Excellent Vietnamese and English language skills
- Strong communication and people relation management skills
- Result-driven, eye for detail and passionate for excellence
- Strong leadership skills, who loves to coach and develop his/her team and bring them to the next level
- Problem solver that thrives under pressure
- Flexible, positive, and have proactive attitude
- Have the ambition and ability to grow into an operations manager who can manage multiple facilities and distribution centres across Viet Nam
