General Information

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be Vietnamese who leads a strong team up to 1000 employees including local and foreign people, dividing to teams of F&B, Cable Car service, Theme parks, Art performance show;
Managing the daily operation of the business and operation;
He/She will be responsible for business and operation plan;
Setting in short term and long term for all system of destination;
Maintaining the standard of service, technique and retain the employees.

Qualifications

Strong experience in operation management in services like hospitality, entertainment, F&B, theme parks...
Ability to use best practised business tools and standards to build structure and business framework
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong in people management skills

Specific Responsibilities

Manage all functions of Operation; setting up the short-term and long-term strategies for the system; drive business under the strategies in the operation functions
Manage daily operation in the destination
Provide leadership and direction to a team of functional heads and regional manager
Working with worldwide partners in setting up and operating the theme park system
Contributing to the maximizing of profitable growth and other commercial results in the ecosystems
Recruit and train new hires
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
