• Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Help the company to realize the mission: “building a green, digital and sustainable transport-logistics service system in Malaysia to become carbon neutral in 2050, and one day, carbon negative”;
• Have full responsibility for further developing the system, by both:
• Expanding to new cities in the region; and
• Optimizing the performance of the first cities.
• Develop the team from a 3-member team;
• Full power of the Company’s CEO;
• Report to the chairman of the Company’s Board of Director.

• Education:
  • Graduating (on-site study only) in business management or technology;
  • Graduating from colleges or universities in an English-speaking country;
  • B.A/B.S in relevant fields preferred.
• Work experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading a team of local professionals, ideally in a scale up or similar requirement.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a P&L.
• Specialized knowledge:
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Demonstrable leadership experience within a growing organization; 
  • Able to convert strategic plans into concrete to do's;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, within different areas of expertise;
  • An understanding of tech marketplaces (real-time) with a focus on supply and demand.
• General skills:
  • A data-driven nature and ability to balance attention-to-detail with swift execution;
  • A result-driven leader who gets everyone involved in his or her strategy plans;
  • Great communicator with the ability to build and motivate teams, work together with diverse groups across countries and a good understanding of external stakeholder management;
  • Self-motivated and the ability to learn new skills that enable you to grow quickly;
  • Familiar with different cultures and have previously worked or study abroad;
  • Age from 28 to 35.
