Job Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    • University/College graduation, preferably in business/sales & marketing;
    • Have from 3 to 5 years of relating experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Good interpersonal skills;
    • Strong communication skill both in English and Vietnamese;
    • Growth mindset, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
    • Can-do attitude, result-orientation;
    • Good computer skills: MS office, internet, email.
Job Description
  • In charge of Modern market key account in Panasonic Vietnam and support dealers after sales service;
  • Making sales order to fulfil account demand; Full responsibility of product strategy and product display, maintain in dealer outlets;
  • To prepare sell out and market information to discus and negotiate with dealers for sell out campaign, implement sell out activities scheduled by dealers to maximize effect of ROI and maximize sell out;
  • To observe and train product knowledge to PG and dealers’ floor salesman;
  • Lead and make sure the product display always properly with POP and follow product display strategy;
  • Excellent in company product line up and strategy to discuss with dealers for advance quarterly and yearly target and activities to make sure for achievement;
  • Update sale out and sell in situation and giving solution idea to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly, and product concept idea for market in next few years;
  • Propose event display activities and budget according to dealer’s request;
  • Follow and report result/budget used up to Sales Manager;
  • Identifies issues, problems, challenges, and opportunities to the team performance and takes actions accordingly;
  • Guide team members, take lead in assigned projects, act as back up for KAM.
