Job Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    • University graduate with Digital and eCommerce knowledge;
    • Have over 4 years of experience in Ecommerce Sales;
    • Have experience as a Leader/ Manager role.

    • Good command of English;
    • Understanding strategic Marketing planning and tactics;
    • Interpersonal skills, Management skills, Creative, proactive Committed, and customer service minded.
Job Description

Lead and Manage D2C team (up to 5 staff) to handle Panasonic Vietnam’s D2C channel (including 01 fully functional Ecommerce Platform & 01 CRM Mobile application) in terms of both Sales target and Marketing activities of the channel.

1. Sales:

  • Cooperate with the internal team to manage – coordinate stock and order processing & solve stock-related problems;
  • For current stock and incoming/upcoming stock to secure the sales target of the month, allocate stock with other Sales channels;
  • Set sales to target BP/quarterly/monthly along with other channels in Panasonic Vietnam;Deep dive into Traffic insights, sales data, competitor programs, market demands, new trends… to forecast/deliver sales plans;
  • Build strategies for raising historical sales and key deals, and manage reviews/ratings/feedback from customers;
  • Brainstorm and contribute with MKT PICs to make a Marketing plan;
  • Sharing tactics to drive sales;
  • Discuss with various Product Marketing teams to final promotion schemes to reach the Sales targets;
  • Handle both B2C sales and B2B sales (sales to Panasonic Partners) in D2C channel.

2. Marketing:

  • Propose promotional schemes with a given budget allocation. Deal list, voucher list, key sales driven, etc. which channel to run digital campaigns – google, Facebook, affiliate, EDM, O2O, etc;
  • Raise related internal approval docs or any documents/paperwork related campaign to reserve budget/ submit to approve the scheme;

3. Other tasks and skills:

  • Have start-up’s spirits as Do-er, not Talker, and result-oriented;
  • Support the Ecommerce team and other departments on Digital related projects;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Great problem-solving skills and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to identify long-term trends in data;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Knowledge of simple codings such as HTML or CSS is preferable;
  • Ability to work under high pressure, and fast adapt to company’s deep & traditional culture;
  • Used to have experience operating D2C websites before is preferable.
