General Information

With The Strivers, you will have the unique opportunity to:

Tracks you can apply for:

  • Management Trainee: Develop BUSINESS LEADERS with strategic mindset and business leadership. You will experience 3-4 rotations across various business functions and a final rotation your home function of choice.
  • Functional Trainee: You will experience 3-4 rotations, including 2-3 within your chosen function, and 1 in another function. The functional track is open for roles within various business verticals, including Data Analytics, Distribution (Sales), and Operations (Underwriting & Claims).
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Graduates from relevant disciplines with less than 2 years of work experience;
  • GPA from 7.0/10 or 2.8/4 equivalent;
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and personal values.
What Does The Selection Journey Look Like?
  1. Online Application (By 14th Feb 2023)
  2. Online Test (By Feb 2023)
  3. Digital Interview (By Mar 2023)
  4. Panel Interview (MT)/ Technical Assignment (FT) (Mar 2023)
  5. Assessment Centre (MT)/ Panel Interview (FT) (Apr 2023)
  6. Successful candidates can start working full-time in June 2023.
